Liberty Harbor staff is always here for you, but a lot of your photography questions can be answered with our Photography FAQ sheet. 1. How long after the wedding will we get our photos, and how will they be delivered?
Images are delivered digitally within 90 days from the event as well as on a USB. If your package comes with an album, you will be given 30 days to select the photos to be included in the album using the digital gallery, and the album will be ordered. The album and USB will be mailed to the client’s address on file within 30 days of ordering. If no album was selected, the USB will be mailed to clients within 90 days of the wedding.
2. How many photos will we get?
The Photographer guarantees 30 images per active hour photographing. Active time does not include any travel time or when guests are eating a meal.
3. What if it rains?
Photos taken on the day of the wedding will represent the day’s events. If the bridal party is comfortable shooting photos in the rain, umbrellas (if enough available) will be provided to enhance the look.
4. What about guests with cell phone cameras or digital cameras?
We fully understand that guests will want photos of such an exciting day, and will make every attempt to avoid capturing these items in professional photos. However, this is not always possible so the bride and groom will be responsible for asking guests to put away their devices; an unplugged ceremony is always encouraged.
5. How do we know how long to plan for family photos after the wedding ceremony?
Please coordinate with the photographer. The month of the wedding, we will contact you to gather names of family members you’d like included in your special photos once the wedding has concluded. Once this has been determined, we will send you a rough timeline based on our experience with the list you’ve provided. This timeline will take us through the time that the photographer arrives until the time we exit in the evening. You will be encouraged to review and adjust as needed.
6. Are you insured?
Yes, we carry liability insurance, and insurance on all gear used.
7. Do you have back-up gear?
Yes, we have back-up gear for all items used.
8. Is there an option for a second photographer?
Packages listed only include one photographer. Please see add-on price list for additional services.
9. Can we go off-site for bridal party/bride and groom photos?
Absolutely! Your photographer is also open to following the bridal party to an off-site location in the tri-cities, or riding on a party bus/ limo with the bridal party to capture these photos.
10. Can we request a list of specific shots we would like?
Absolutely. Suggestions are always welcome, and we will make every attempt to capture the specific shot you’d like.
11. Do you offer retouching, color correcting, or blemish removal?
Basic retouching is done on all photos delivered to client. Retouching and blemish removal is performed on images of the bride and groom and bridal party as needed and as determined by the photographer.
